PROVINCETOWN FITNESS CHALLENGE- ALL INVITED-

January 5th - April 6th 2013

Here in the amazing town of Provincetown, this is a perfect time of year to focus on yourself to feel and look like you have wanted to. Work alone or alongside your neighbors and friends as we spend the winter of 2013 getting fit and moving into spring feeling like trying on a bathing suit!

A 12 Week Challenge-
TEAMS OR INDIVIDUALS!
Join and do this on your own, with the help of PFC guidelines, with or without a gym, OR
create a TEAM of 4 or 5 people to urge you along to your best....
for anyone of any fitness level.

PRIZES FOR FIVE CATEGORIES OF:
**MEN & WOMEN INDIVIDUALS
**TEAMS

With the face to face and also blog support of a Personal Trainer, with special classes, numerous community events, and local fitness experts, get to know and challenge your body. Safely push your edges with help and support to reach your goals.

Fitness Testing a MUST- tests will be adapted for all- BEFORE and AFTER
photos and lots of ways to find your way.
Beginners, Intermediate and Advance can all find ways to push themselves to another level.

So WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

2. Start thinking of what you want to be really different for you. What changes by April 2013?


January 5th is the last day to join.

On that day:

You will take fitness tests, see some neighbors, get a cool t-shirt, receive your own 12 Week journal with guidance for daily food planning and workout schedules.

After that:
Sometimes fun, sometimes difficult, but always leading to a smaller waist, more muscle and the yahoo factor.
In the 12 Weeks, you will learn to "Move Better" - check out the weekly classes (offered by our own special and talented fitness peeps) weekly.

Sign up- pay either online- discounted price till December 31, 2012.
Or pay when you show up on Jan 5th (Provincetown High School Gym).
EITHER WAY YOU MUST SHOW UP ON JANUARY 5th..and fill out an Intake form, get tested, and create your own personal goals for the 12 weeks extravaganza.
